Refund Policy
At Chary Express Pvt. Ltd., we ensure a transparent payment and refund process for all our customers. Please review the following terms before making a payment.
1. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking via Razorpay.
- Advance Payment: Required to confirm booking. Balance to be paid before delivery.
- Taxes: GST and applicable charges will be included in the invoice.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- By Customer:
- Before 48 hours of service: Full refund
- Within 48 hours: 50% refund
- On the service day: No refund
- By Chary Express: Full refund or rescheduling offered. Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Packing materials once used, partial payments for completed services, insurance charges.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at charyexpress@gmail.com with:
- Booking ID and Payment Receipt
- Reason for cancellation/refund
- Bank/UPI details (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Dispute Resolution
For payment issues, contact our support team. Legal disputes will follow Indian laws under Noida, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
